Quality policy Rehomy BV

Rehomy BV is a commercial enterprise for special woodworking machines and tools, as well as accessories. The machines are purchased in the whole of Europe. They are taken into stock and then sold across the globe. Rehomy BV is also the Benelux agent for Tersa tools and the Dutch agent for Hoffmann.

The machines are maintained periodically on the basis of a maintenance contract. Rehomy BV and Tersa Benelux BV supply their services to professional customers, such as the woodworking industry home and abroad.

Our quality objectives are aimed at supplying made-to-measure work and a fast, efficient, but above all meticulous service to our clients. Intensive and open communication, the guarantee of high-quality products and mutual trust are the building blocks of our quality.

We want to treat our customers as we would like to be treated ourselves. Our calibration point is the customer's interest. This means: supplying products and services in such a way and of such quality that our customers experience that we have their interest as starting point.
